There is Incentives policy for Doctors , I am looking for the paper which can come up with new incentives idea which can be accepted by my management and specially it will not effect or discourage the existing doctors.

1- FullTime Doctors
2- Part time Doctors
3- Surgical and non Surgical Doctors
4 – Service based Incentives
Idea:
I have one idea I am Thinking that i a day non surgical doctor is looking almost 32 patient what if we can come up with some idea that ok counting from 32 any extra patient doctor will get 50% of his consultation .
Idea no 2.
Surgical can get 15% of consultation if they pass the target with some percentage if there is lab order worth 500 they will get 20 % if more than 500 they will 25 % if more than
