In this case, the client has chosen Malaysia as their country of choice and the UN SDG is Goal 15: Life on Land (Goal 15: Sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, halt and reverse land degradation, halt biodiversity loss).
The main focus is GIS use in Malaysia. Basically, the client needs to show proof of the use of GIS being used in Malaysia to move forward in the selected goal.
Only concentrate on forest sustainability around Malaysia.
Some successful examples of this application of GIS on forestry elsewhere in the world would be nice to include (plus some examples of uncertainties or challenges of implementation – in a table).
A recommendation as to how the government of Malaysia could use to implement that technology is needed following the used sources.
