Each individual student will be required to produce a learning journal (of 1000 words) that consists of four entries. Each entry will offer a point of reflection about their observations of the scenario process and their own reflexive practice. The entries will reflect on:
Initial assumptions about the project being undertaken, and what they have learned
• Team dynamics and the student’s role in group dynamics.
• Whether assumptions have changed (and why or why not?)
• How ‘reflexive’ capabilities might be developed in future consultancy or management practice.
