Gender Roles in Business: Case Studies of how the global gender gap affects career developmenth.
The client wishes to look at case studies of different countries such as Japan (because of the low women percentage in top management), USA, and Norway (because of the high women percentage in top management) for comparison. But please feel free to improvise because I haven’t done this before so please do so according to your expertise. The client intends to not use surveys or statistical primary data because global gender gap is hard to measure and it wouldn’t be accurate for all countries.
The client requires an appendices.
Please kindly identify why there is a ‘glass ceiling’ for women and move towards closing the gender gap.
