Critically evaluate the extent to which the Psychological Contract (PC) of the staff within the three departments can be effectively managed to ensure commitment and engagement to the aims of the Business School and breach and/or violations of the PC can be avoided.
Criteria for Assessment

2. Apply research skills to examine and analyse the literature appropriate to the issues (30%)
3. Discuss the implications of the analysis, supported by practical examples (35%)
4. Frame appropriate conclusions and recommendations based upon the research, analysis and understanding of the assignment. (15%)
5. Support your arguments through approved academic referencing (10%)

There will be a penalty of a deduction of 10% of the mark (after internal moderation) for work exceeding the word limit by 10% or more.
The word limit includes quotations, but excludes the bibliography.
