relationship analysis

Psychology of Interpersonal Relations
Final Presentation: Analysis of Relationships

The media is one of the most influential sources of socialization for younger children. Tv and movies inform us about culture, society, and interpersonal interaction. A problem with this is when the media does not accurately reflect the real world, or presents an overdramatic character of human interaction.

For this project you will choose a couple found in the media, either platonic close friends or a romantic couple, and analyze their relationship. The chosen couple can either be a popular media figures or fictional characters. You will present this analysis in a short (10-15 minutes plus questions) presentation at the end of the semester. Fictional characters are recommended as you would most likely have more information about their interactions over a real couple (except for people on reality TV). The presentation will include the following.
