You have been asked to review an area of HR/business practice and present a business report to key stakeholders with recommendations for improving practice. The client is a Recruitment Consultant and the goal of their report is to show their clients who they are trying to source candidates for their open vacancies that their organisation can benefit from flexible working patterns.
